"To see a man be beaten by himself, not an opponent, is a tragedy"

- Cus d'Amato

Having seen hundreds of sparrings and fights, and participating in many ourselves, we've realised that, especially at beginner and intermediate level, the majority of wins are not granted to those with impeccable technique, but as proven by research, to those who have solid conditioning and can keep moving forward with their motor skills like speed or power intact for the duration of the fight (Muric et al., 2022).

Scientific studies show that boxing is "predominantly an aerobic sport" where "success depends" on motor skills and well adapted physiological characteristics (A. Ruddock, Sheffield Hallam University).

We have built on those results and created a course built around the most important motor skills and physiological features required for boxing -  speed, punching power, explosiveness, reflexes and reaction time, and sport-specific conditioning.

This course is the result of 6-months of research and testing, and is a bible of over 120 exercises divided into 5 chapters each focused on an individual motor skill and each having comprehensive training plans to put knowledge into action. Following them will allow you to reach your physical peak so that you are never again beaten by yourself in the ring.

Optimal Results

Here are our recommendations to make optimal use of the course. Whether used as a primary source for training or to support your boxing schedule, the course adapts to best suit your needs!

  • Follow our comprehensive training plan incorporating exercises from each chapter.
